Return and Exchange Policy - Al-Handasiyah

At Al-Handaseya company, we always strive for our customers' satisfaction and to provide products of the highest quality standards. To safeguard your rights, we have established a clear exchange and return policy according to the following conditions:

1. Permitted Period:

  • Exchange: The customer has the right to request an exchange of the product for another product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Return: The customer has the right to request a return of the product and a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt, only in case of a manufacturing defect or a technical problem with the product.

2. Exchange and Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All accessories, original packaging (carton), manuals, and warranty certificate must be in their sound condition.

  • Bring the original purchase invoice.

  • In case of an "exchange" request due to the customer's preference (without a product defect), the customer bears the shipping costs (to and from).

  • In case of a "return" due to a manufacturing defect, the company bears all shipping costs.

3. Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Products that have been opened, operated, and are functioning efficiently (unless there is a defect).

  • Products that have been subjected to misuse (such as breakage, scratches, or using an unsuitable electric current for counting machines).
